Andrew Saikal-Skea

Andrew has been supporting clients with financial advice for over a decade, after moving to Canberra from Scotland.
Prior to founding Saikal-Skea Independent Financial Advice, Andrew served as a financial adviser and leader at one of Australia's largest industry funds and a boutique advisory.
​
Andrew has deep specialist knowledge in CSC defined benefits (including the MSBS, DFRDB, PSS and CSS) as well as tax planning, investments, insurance, social security and broader superannuation.
​
Andrew has been recognised as a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and has previously served as Chairperson of the Financial Planning Association of Australia, ACT Chapter.

Alex Tetreault
Provisional Independent Financial Adviser

Alex holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Financial Planning and has garnered more than 4 years of experience working in the financial advice profession.
Alex provides financial advice on tax planning, superannuation, investments, insurance, cash flow management and budgeting. Alex also has significant experience working with defined benefit schemes, particularly the MSBS and PSS.

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Alex is a Goaltender for the CBR Brave Ice hockey club and was a part of winning the National Championship with the club in 2018, 2022 and 2024. He has also represented the Australian National Team at numerous world championship events.
​
Alex has also been appointed to the FAAA Emerging Professionals Committee, where he utilises his passion, dedication and vision to encourage professional growth and development within the financial planning industry across Australia.

Alisha joined us after completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Financial Planning and is currently completing a Master of Financial Planning.

Alisha has gained more than 3 years of experience within financial advice.

As a senior associate, Alisha's role is to assist in the preparation and implementation of advice and to support our clients.
​
Alisha enjoys international travel, and in between Pilates and cooking, is currently exploring Canberra and its surrounds.
